Wade's Beef Jerky

2-1/2 C water
15 Beef bouillon cubes
1 tbs black pepper
1 tbs garlic salt
1 small bottle liquid smoke
3 lbs round steak approx 1 to 1 1/2 inch thick

Slice meat into thin slices.
Mix water, bouillon cubes, pepper and garlic salt in sauce pan and heat until cubes dissolve. Remove from stove, add liquid smoke, then marinate for 20 hours.

Remove from marinade and place in food dehydrator.
